These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SHC3 (Simple Hardcore Camera 3) (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, SHC3 Pro, which unlocks additional features such as unlimited captures, custom recipes, RAW+ capture, and all Color settings.

• Plans and pricing. SHC3 Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. The exact price, currency, and billing period are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it expires.
• Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

No Account or Data Collection

The App requires no account and processes your photos entirely on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your captured content and for backing up your photos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms in a future version. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
